The CT103 engine cooling column is a single-pass type heat exchanger used primarily in automotive, small diesel, and other engine applications with low cooling water volume requirements. This unit operates on a through-flow principle.
Hose connections are made from the CT103 to the engine. The drain valve is then shut and the fill valve opened. When the level in the tank indicates full in the sight glass, the fill valve is shut and the engine starts and warms up. After normal operating temperature is reached, the temperature regulating valve will open allowing cold, fresh water in, thereby displacing cycled water through the overflow tube until it reaches the system’s required temperature. This process is continuous under steady-state operating conditions.

Froude’s fuel flow measurement system by Go Power Systems is designed for diesel engines with consumption up to 200kg/hr. The fuel coming from the fuel house is passing the fuel filter before getting pressurized by a boost pump. The consumed fuel is measured by a Coriolis mass flow meter which feeds the engine circulation loop.

The WSE-03 sensor combines relative humidity and ambient temperature sensors. It is used for corrected power calculations back to standard temperature and humidity conditions.WSE-03 sensor with mil-spec connection for connection to GPS6000 remote sensor input junction box.

The blow-by meter measures blow-by gases in engine-testing applications. The design incorporates a small strut which offers minimal flow restriction for high accuracy over an extended range. Each meter is individually calibrated to NIST traceable standards.
Go Power Systems blow-by meters have no moving parts, so they are rugged and trouble-free. The system comes complete with pre-filter assembly. Anodized aluminum finish, 0–5VDC.

Electronic Load Valves
Go Power Systems electronic load valve system provides a means to control the load either manually or via the software from the GPS6000. The Electronic Valve System includes the specially designed Go Power valve with a high-speed motor, servo drive cabinet and desktop controller for tabletop use. All harnesses to connect the system are included in the system. The valve provides precision control of the dynamometer for your test requirements. The system can be supplied to work with any controller only requiring a 0 -10 V signal for operation. When supplied for other controllers the desktop controller will be deleted from the system.
Servo Throttle Controller

Control Go Power Systems electronic throttle control provides a means to control the engine throttle on any engine. It provides a means to control the engine throttle either manually or via the software from the GPS6000. The Electronic Throttle System includes the specially designed Go Power actuator with high speed motor, power module and desktop controller for tabletop use. All harnesses to connect the system are included in the system. The servo provides precision control of the engine speed for your test requirements. The system can be supplied to work with any controller only requiring a 0 -10 V signal for operation. When supplied for other controllers the desktop controller will be deleted from the system.
The systems can be combined which will give you both throttle and load controls.
